Job Title: IT Infrastructure – OEM & Vendor Relationship Executive / Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure – OEM & Vendor Relationship Executive/Manager to manage partnerships with OEMs, distributors and IT vendors for enterprise-level infrastructure projects.
The role involves maintaining strong alliances with major OEMs (HP, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Lenovo, etc.), handling deal registrations, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely procurement of IT hardware and software components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with OEMs and distributors.
- Handle deal registration, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams on requirements.
- Track AMC renewals, warranty and software license expirations.
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors for better pricing and service quality.
- Prepare reports on vendor performance and OEM engagement.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of servers, networking and IT infrastructure components.
- Understanding of OEM partner programs and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ ERP systems.
Qualification:
- Graduate in IT/ Electronics/ Commerce.
- MBA/ Diploma in Supply Chain or Vendor Management preferred.
