We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer – Network (CCNA, CCNP) to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise networking and cybersecurity technologies and be capable of delivering high-quality corporate training programs for professionals and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual and corporate training programs on networking and cybersecurity technologies.
• Conduct training on CCNA Security, CCNP Security, enterprise networking and cybersecurity concepts.
• Design and develop training content, presentations, lab exercises, case studies and assessment materials.
• Train participants on real-world deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
• Evaluate participant performance through practical assessments, assignments, and certification readiness tests.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance during lab sessions and post-training support.
• Customize training content based on customer requirements and organizational learning objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, and cybersecurity technologies and certification updates.

Required Skills

• CCNA Security and CCNP Security certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate technical training or enterprise network/security implementation.
• Strong knowledge of:

• • TCP/IP Networking
  • Routing & Switching
  • VPN Technologies
  • Firewall Configuration
  • Network Security
  • Network Troubleshooting

• Hands-on expertise with security solutions from:

• • Cisco
  • Fortinet
  • Check Point
  • Other leading cybersecurity platforms

• Experience with enterprise security technologies such as:

• • Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
  • IPS/IDS
  • Secure Remote Access
  • Endpoint Security
  • Identity & Access Management

• Experience using Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or enterprise lab environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• CCNP Security certification (Preferred).
• Additional certifications such as CCIE Security, Fortinet NSE, Check Point, Palo Alto, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Experience delivering corporate or enterprise training programs.
