Job Title: Project Manager – IT Infrastructure (Government Projects)

Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: President/ MD (Managing Director)

Job Summary:

Manages multiple IT infrastructure projects at the program level, including hands-on planning, execution and tracking for government clients. Ensures timely delivery, SLA compliance, effective stakeholder coordination, and strong project governance across locations. A results-driven professional with strong execution, coordination and operational management skills, capable of efficiently handling both project delivery and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and deliver multiple IT Infrastructure projects (Network, Data Centre, Cloud & Cyber Security)
  2. Plan and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables across the program
  3. Served as Project/ Program Manager for Annual Technical Support Contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, maintaining system uptime and delivering consistent service quality
  4. Act as SPoC for Government/ PSU clients, handling reviews, reporting and ensure internal QA audit compliance
  5. Well-versed in tools for real-time planning, execution and tracking, with experience in standardizing project rollout processes and policies
  6. Coordinate with NOC teams, field engineers, vendors and OEMs
  7. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and drive timely resolution
  8. Ensure compliance with tender terms, government regulations and security standards
  9. Track budgets, billing, collections and resource utilization
  10. Drive project governance, MIS reporting and status reviews
  11. Lead process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency while leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
  12. Ensure data security, risk management and regulatory compliance

Key Skills:

  1. Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Projects & Managed Services
  2. Mandatory exposure to Government/ PSU projects, tenders and compliance frameworks
  3. Expertise in program/ project planning, execution and tracking SLA management & multi-location execution
  4. Strong stakeholder, vendor and team coordination skills
  5. Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities
  6. Handled budgeting and maintenance functions, ensured comprehensive documentation and implemented a standardized communication framework across projects

Experience & Qualification:

  1. 7–12 years in Program/ Project Management (IT Infrastructure)
  2. Proven experience in handling Government, PSU, Banking and Corporate client projects
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ IT (MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred
