Relevant Hands-on experience: 3 – 5 years in IT Infrastructure Sales / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales/ Sales Account Management
Location: Bangalore
Job Key Requirements.
Should be well-versed in IT Infrastructure technologies and products from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Dell Technologies, Fortinet, HP, VMware, Sophos, Microsoft and Linux-based solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM product portfolios including:
- Routers & Network Switches (L1 & L2)
- Firewalls & UTM Devices
- Desktops, Servers & Storage Solutions
- IT Infrastructure Software
- Actively generate leads through both field activities and online channels.
- Support the field sales team in converting leads into business opportunities and closures.
- Collect, analyze and qualify client data to identify potential sales prospects.
- Understand client requirements and position suitable IT hardware and software solutions.
- Consistently achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Prepare and draft RFPs (Request for Proposal), Techno-commercial proposals and Business presentations and solution synopses
- Participate in: Tender bidding processes, Online e-procurement platforms and Government e-Marketplace (GeM Portal) activities (training will be provided if required)

- Business presentable appearance & attire
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure products and solutions
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Good business acumen and client-handling ability
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office & presentation tools
- Strong in Spoken English & Hindi (Kannada is added advantage)
Remuneration & Designation:
As per industrial Standard. Candidate is eligible for incentives for Leads generated & Won and individual contribution for relevant sales support effort where orders are won.
Note: ISAMs are a part of Sales Support team.
